Connect Programming Limited was formed in November 2007 to specialise in programming Control Systems for the A/V industry. Chris Cottam, Director of Connect Programming, has worked in the A/V industry for over 10 years as an installer and programmer, and uses his experience as a web designer to combine efficient programming with custom Touch Panel designs.

During 2007, Chris took a break from full time work to train intensively in both AMX and Crestron programming languages and within 6 months achieved both AMX ACE Expert and Crestron Authorized Independent Programmer (CAIP) status - two industry recognised accreditations for designing and programming systems using equipment from market leaders AMX and Crestron. In August 2008, Connect Programming Limited became one of the first companies in Europe to be awarded the status of AMX Valued Independent Programmer. In March 2009, Connect Programming Limited became a Crestron Master Programmer (Silver).
